There are a number of Visas you can apply for, these include:
EB 1 - A First Preference Immigration Petition, EB1 is an employment-based petition for permanent residence reserved for those who are among the most able and accomplished in their respective fields within the arts, sciences, education, business, or sports.
H1B - The H1B visa is a non-immigrant Visa. It is designed to allow U.S. employers to recruit & employ foreign professionals in specialty occupations within the USA for a specified period of time.
H1B Visa for Working as well as Green Card - One of the privileges of the H-1B Visa, as opposed to many other non-immigrant Visas, is that it is a ‘dual intent’ Visa. In other words, under the terms of the H1B Visa, the alien employee can also apply for a Green Card and become a permanent resident, and the H-1B Visa will not be denied or invalidated.
EB5 – Investor Visa - The EB5 Immigrant Investor Program is available to those immigrants who have invested, or are in the process of investing, at least $1 million in a new commercial enterprise employing at least 10 full-time U.S. workers.
L1 – Visa - The L-1 Visa is a temporary non-immigrant Visa which allows companies to relocate foreign qualified employees to its U.S. subsidiary or parent company.
L-1 Blanket Visa - The USCIS has provided a special set of procedures to be used by companies that are frequent users of the L-1 Visa category and are large multi-national organizations. This is called the "L-1 Blanket Petition Program".
E1/E2 Treaty Visa - E-1 and E-2 Visas are available to citizens of foreign countries that have a treaty of commerce and navigation, or a bilateral investment treaty providing for non-immigrant entries, with the United States.
